PEOPLE
2x Visual Designers
1x Marketing Director
1x Web Developer
Food For Thought needed a proposal system that could do more than confirm event details. It had to tell a broader story about the brand’s capabilities and creative range. I led the development of a modular, brand-forward design system that communicates FFT’s depth through curated imagery, bold section openers, and adaptable content blocks.
Rather than limiting the visuals to what a client ordered, the system showcases what’s possible. It leans into aspirational photography, brand messaging, and flexible layouts that feel custom without requiring custom creation each time. The system was built to elevate the client experience, mirror FFT’s creative service approach, and scale seamlessly across event types.
The result is a proposal system that highlights FFT’s expertise and builds trust from the first impression.
Overview of the FFT Branded Proposal Template Design System
FFT Branded Event & Catering Proposal System Design
To elevate the client experience and streamline sales communications, we created a fully branded, modular proposal system for Food For Thought’s catering and event services. Designed for versatility across event types—from weddings to corporate functions—this system brings consistency, clarity, and visual storytelling to the sales process.
Each template was crafted to reflect FFT’s brand voice and premium service standards, while offering enough flexibility for custom touches like client photos, logos, and location-specific menus. The system supports both print and digital use, empowering sales teams to respond quickly without sacrificing design integrity.
By aligning proposal content with FFT’s broader brand identity, we turned every client interaction into a cohesive brand moment—positioning FFT as not just a caterer, but a creative, service-first partner.

Strategic Moments That Shape the Story
These core proposal pages were crafted to elevate the client experience while supporting sales strategy. Each consultant has a personalized bio page that can flex to match their focus — from corporate to social to non-profit — helping clients put a face to the service and build trust early. Category pages were built with intent: not to match every order, but to inspire. By showcasing beautifully branded menu sections, they open the door for upsells, surprise touches, and custom activations that turn standard proposals into something memorable.

Designed for Detail and Built to Flex
Every page in the proposal system was thoughtfully designed to balance clarity and visual appeal. Whether it was a multi-course menu, service timeline, or guest notes, each layout had to communicate critical information without overwhelming the reader. We used elegant typography, consistent visual hierarchy, and modular layouts that could scale up or down depending on the event. Every element had a job to do, and the design supported that work while still feeling premium and on-brand.
